When she’s not cheering on the Florida Gators, Nancy Fournier can be found leading our employees as Director of Training for Jackmont Hospitality. Nancy is responsible for the people who serve our customers every day. With more than 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry, Nancy is the perfect leader for our team, executing brand strategies for Jackmont Hospitality and TGI FRIDAYS® throughout key markets nationwide. Among her many duties, she directs the Manager-In-Training programs as well as identifies and validates Center of Excellence stores to be used as training centers.
Nancy brings a wealth of experience to the company and superior communication skills to her new role. Prior to Jackmont Hospitality, she was a district manager for the Steak n’ Shake Corporation where she oversaw the operations of up to seven restaurants at a given time. Nancy also worked with Carlson Restaurants Worldwide as a general manager, field training manager, and a new store opening manager. Her extensive resume has given Nancy a multi-faceted approach in to personnel management in the hospitality industry.
Admittedly, her green thumb is not always so green but, she enjoys gardening. Nancy also has a bit of a travel bug, which, being a Florida native means she loves to relax on the beach with her husband of 28 years, Bill and daughter Ashley. Nancy is active in many charities including, St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, United Way, Hands On Atlanta and the Mother’s Day Shoe Box Drive.
