Know what it takes to run a multi-million dollar foodservice company? Apparently, it takes Brenda Branch. As Senior Vice President of Administration of Jackmont Hospitality, Brenda provides leadership and administrative oversight for planning and directing the business office, human resources and marketing.
Brenda has worked in foodservice for more than 30 years. Before joining Jackmont Hospitality in 2002, she was regional director of operations for Morrison’s Healthcare and president and COO of Gourmet Services, Inc., a contract foodservice company specializing in campus services. As if that wasn’t enough, Brenda serves on the board of TGI Fridays Have A Heart Foundation, is a member of Leadership Atlanta, Class of 1999 and the Women’s Foodservice Forum. She has served on the boards of Big Brothers, Big Sisters, Girl’s Inc., 100 Black Women of Atlanta, Intergenerational Resource Center, Inc. and the Bobby Dodd Foundation. Oh yeah, and she has been featured in Black Enterprise, Upscale Magazine and the Atlanta Tribune. The foundation for such unharnessed brilliance is Brenda’s studies at North Carolina A&T State University, Los Angeles City College and the University of Georgia.
When she’s not reveling in her successes, Brenda spends time playing golf and listening to her favorite tunes. She lives in Atlanta, GA, and has one daughter, Carmonique and two wonderful grandchildren, Jordan and Milan.
