Founded
in 1994 by Daniel Halpern, Brooke Jackson Edmond, and her father,
the late former Atlanta Mayor Maynard Jackson, Jr., Jackmont
Hospitality is a full service foodservice company.
The
foundation for Jackmont Hospitality was established in the
1930’s with a small family resort established by Reverend
Maynard Jackson, Sr. and his wife, Dr. Irene Dobbs Jackson.
Nestled in the North Georgia Mountains, this small resort
was used to host family and associates. Affectionately nicknamed “Jackmont”,
Jackson’s mountain resort came to be known as a refuge
for warm, attentive hospitality.
Since
beginning operations with a single retail location in what
is now Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, Jackmont
Hospitality has grown dramatically. Today, we own multiple
casual dining franchises while also managing the dining programs
for our clients in corporations and educational institutions.
Our ability to exceed client expectations while also managing
to the bottom line emphasizes our commitment to building strong
relationships and delivering value to our clients.
The
same spirit that went into the service at the Jackson family
resort is evident at Jackmont Hospitality today where we have
earned a reputation as a company with a commitment to excellence
and attention to detail.
